Studio Rates
$70 per hour, 2 hour minimum
$250 Half Day (4 hours)
$450 Full Day (8 hours)
Policies
Booking & Payments
Paid in full is required at booking.
Additional time added on-site is billed and due at the end of your rental.
Rental Time
Your rental begins and ends at the scheduled time, even if you or your team arrive late.
Setup, breakdown, and cleanup must be completed within your booked time.
Please book enough time to avoid overtime fees.
Cleaning & After-Hours Fees
$100 minimum cleaning fee for excessively dirty studios.
After 8:00 PM: rentals are billed at 1.5× the hourly rate.
Guidelines
General Use
No smoking inside the studio.
Smoke effects require prior approval.
Keep music at reasonable levels.
Individuals under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will not be admitted.
No pets without prior consent.
Materials Requiring Approval
Confetti, feathers, glitter, food products, haircuts, body paint, or other hard-to-clean items must be approved before your rental.
$100 minimum cleaning fee applies; additional charges may be added based on studio condition at wrap.
Capacity
5 people maximum in the studio at one time.
